She's done TV, she's done plays, movies, charity work and ushered in the most important phrase in red carpet history: "What are you wearing?" Joan Rivers helped marry celebrities and fashion even closer together with her hysterical and often biting critiques and jokes. So it is an extreme blow to her "Joan Rangers" everywhere. But after a few hours stewing on this, she wasn't planning on stopping working anytime soon, so maybe her deity scooped her up and said, "I'll take you kicking and screaming, Robin Williams is asking for a double act."

It's a huge blow to so many industries; and while the details on her death is still sketchy, it's going to truly be a difficult world to live in without that raspy voice hurling insults to A Hathaway and shouting "Bitch stole my look!" My Fridays have become much darker now.
